Many years ago we moved to France where we stayed for ten years and I lost contact with my chum a G0 who was like me a G1.
I have lost his call sign and no not where he lives.
His name is Roger Isaacs and lives I think still in the Southampton area
He was a member of the Meon Amateur Radio club and like I said he is a G0.
Bit of extra info he wa, now retired, a Fireham in Southampton.
    Thanks
    Fred G1SCY

He was in the QRZ.COM database. I searched by location "Southampton", went down to the G0 calls and there he was. Looked up his call here for the e-mail.

You can pay me in female sheep.

I have one of these ( I won it as door prize at a ham club meeting), except the package called it a "Ham Radio", and that it was AM/FM. No AM reception, it just scans the FM band when you press in his ear. At least this ad was honest in saying FM.
