I hsven't seen anything new on his page. Maybe Dave will hear from Sue.
I always considered myself (N3)ABnormal. Society keeps lowering the standard for "normal", but I can never make the mark.
We should take a collection to buy Pat one of those outrageously priced SX-88s.
That would likely give him something to live for.
I don't know Pat but he's included in our Prayers.
bump up ^^
You must be new here.
I thought everyone learned who Pat was within a week of subscribing to QRZ.
Back in March 1983, one week after my 50th birthday, I had a quadruple bypass AND a new St. Jude aortic valve installed at Swedish Hospital in Seattle. It's now been over 35 years and still ticking nicely. There was no impending threat of an aneurysm, those are scary. Get well, Pat.
Nothing new - but I will ping her
I met Pat (AND Sue) at one of the Conventions in Sandy Ago a few years ago., and saw Pat at a few TRW Swapmeets in the past. He just HAS to get better. We ALL want him back here ASAP.
I got to meet him at Dayton in 2013. I was also able to see his presentation on radio restoration
