Does anyone have plans to make cheap LEO antennas?

Do a Google search on Amateur satellite antennas and you'll get many hits. You can refine your search too using the keyword 'homemade'. Another route is to check the AMSAT web site - lots of do it yourself projects and links.

    Remember Google is your friend.

I followed this. Easy, very cheap and works very well. I found cut exactly as the dimensions given.

This is what it looks like. You can tell there is no craftsman here, but it works and used parts around the house. It really is cheap!
