I really hate to see fellow hams arguing over this matter and am reminded by the WWII parable that goes something like this..."When they burned the books I said nothing....when they took the Jews to the camps I said nothing...when they took my neighbor to the camp I said nothing....when the came to take me to the camp there was no one left to say anything." It would appear to me that hams should be standing up for a basic right. I am not a proponent of doing whatever you wish with your property (creating a junk yard, installing a tower on a small lot size, etc...however, there are some basic rights that should IMO be protected. If we don't protect some basic rights those who think they are totally exempt may be asked to take their towers down in the future. Who will they turn to for assistance?
