    The Lake of the Ozarks Amateur Radio Club will be operating a Special Event radio station to celebrate 2016 Eagle Days weekend.

    The club will be operating two separate transmitter/ receiver stations using the call N0E out of its mobile emergency communications trailer. The operating frequencies will be around 21.300MHz (15 meters, ±25 kHz), 14.320NHz (20 meters, ±25 kHz), and 7.240MHz (40 meters, ±25 kHz). The stations will operate from 8 AM (1400 UTC [Z]) till 5 PM (2300 UTC [Z]) on January 9th & 10th. Shortwave radios can monitor the event by tuning to any one of the above listed frequencies.

    Those of the general public who would like to observer amateur radio operators in action can visit the trailer which will be located in front of the new Ameren Building located on the left side of the drive leading into the Wilmore Lodge. See the map below, signs will be posted to direct visitors to the trailer.
