The committee chair never responded to my email when the ARRL asked for him to receive email for input. The "why" was the explicit charge of the pending reorganization of the OO group in the League. They asked for input. I only said that Gerald Youngblood of Flex Radio Systems and I had worked out a concept proposal and wanted to share it with them. Never responded. How could the committee chair not understand this?

 

This is in its infancy it seems ... but it will evolve into a great enforcement tool if allowed to develop. We've been crying for decades for actual enforcement like we had in the "good old days" only to hear replies that were variations of "well, we just don't have the resources" theme -- well, now we do.
