I am in search of a VCO board for my Kenwood TR-9000. the part number on the VCO board is X50-1620-11. I would also be interested in a whole radio for parts. Thank you and 73's N9WQP 34032591_10204712468608082_8783030596436754432_n.jpg 34157786_10204712469208097_1421256909343686656_n.jpg

Hi, have an old Kenwood TM-9000 2-Meter FM, CW, SSB transceiver which I could let go of. Should you be interested in exploring some kind of a deal, contact me at w7ana5@sbcglobal.net. Please note that this rig transmits, but is not on frequency. When checking it against another radio which was tuned to 145.520-MHz -- the Kenwood's output was at approximately 145.525.9 on FM. When checking it on SSB with another radio tuned to 144.200-MHz -- the rigs output was at approximately 144.209.4. Other imperfections are -- I had to jerry-rig a DC power connector for this second hand rig because the old cord was cut off a inch from the connector -- plus the mic rough. It does have the mobile mount. It's certainly not perfect and needs some TLC.
