If want to build your own power cable or purchase a power cable for the following HT's, All Electronics has the co-ax power plugs.
They fit the Kenwood TH D72, TH F6A, TH D72A and TH D74A ht's. They also fit some of the Icom radios but
since I don't have an Icom, I can tell you which models they do fit. I tried it on an Icom last night. My friend had a D Star Icom HT.

The actual plug size is: 1.3mm ID x 3.5mm OD

    Power Plug, $1.25

    Power Cable, $1.50

I put Anderson Power Poles on the power cable.

That's not to say, "Buy these and not the ones from Kenwood", it just offers you a second option.

Thank for posting this Barry. I went on ebay and bought 10 for $1.23 free shipping. I really need this information!
