KC6IIH, Jock Souter has become a Silent Ket. Jock was long-time president of the Barstow Amateur Radio club, and very active in local ham activities. An ARRL Registered Instructor and VE, Jock was the driving force behind new ham recruiting in the Barstow, CA, area.
