If you use repeaters in Kansas, this article may be of interest to you.

I am the new Kansas Amateur Repeater Council President and Frequency Coordinator, Brian Short, KC0BS.

The New Board has committed to a perfect repeater directory this year, so we are starting our upgrade efforts early. The data we received from the previous coordinator was in very bad shape, and very incomplete. We have spent a lot of time getting that back into shape, and attempting to contact various repeater owners throughout the state.

If you own a repeater in Kansas, please take a moment to visit kc0bs ASAP.

You will also notice that the callsign is hyperlinked (you can send an email to the trustee) and the sponsor field is hyperlinked (you can go the repeater website) If you see any listings that I don't have that information for, please send it along.

Thanks for your interest. With your help I know we will get it right this year!

By the way, the repeaters will ALWAYS be up to date online, whenever I make a change to the database, I post it on the web.

    Brian L Short

    Shorty, KCØBS
