    David Ricketts, K4WR of Chattanooga passed away Monday, October 8, due to complications after having
    bypass surgery last week.

    Dave was a retired Navy veteran and retired from MCI a few years ago. He and Wilma, KC4OGI spent their
    leisure time RVing around the country.

    RIP Dave, my friend.

    David Ray Ricketts
    October 29, 1939 ~ October 8, 2018 (age 78)
    David Ricketts, 78, passed away on October 8, 2018. He was a retired Vietnam US Navy Veteran after 20 years of service and was retired from MCI.

    He is survived by his wife, Wilma Ricketts, sons, Steven and Kenneth (Shelia) Ricketts, daughter, Tammy (Dennis) Terry, brother, Jerry (Denise) Ricketts, and sisters, Jo Crawford, Sue Ayers and Judy Crawley. Nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren also survive him.

    Services will be held on Friday, October 12, 2018 at 12:00 p.m., in the funeral home chapel, with Rev. Michael Combs presiding. Burial will follow at Chattanooga National Cemetery with Navy Military Honors. The family will receive friends and loved ones from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
