National Library Week 60th Anniversary The National Library Week 2018 celebration will mark the 60th anniversary of the first event, sponsored in 1958. To celebrate NLW, K4L, an amateur station will be on the air from the historic Aiken South Carolina Public Library on Saturday, April 7, 2018 from 10am E to 5:30pm E. The station will be on 20m SSB between 14.230-14.245Mhz. And on DSTAR Reflector 30C. The station will be sponsored by the North Augusta Belvedere Radio Club.
