Mentors Needed

K4AMG MARC Located in Chesapeake, VA, is a Public Charity, 501c3. Our mission is to mentor youth in electronics, wireless communications, and amateur radio. We have been mentoring as a formal organization in the Chesapeake public Schools for 7 years and a few years before informally.


We are in the radio broadcast class at WFOS FM 88.7 and in an electronics class. We are trying to add a STEM class.

There are no dues and we provide all study materials and electronics equipment to the schools and students at no cost. (K4AMG.org)

Our current focus is space communications using the OSCAR Satellites.

We are in need of mentors, as we are a small organizations. We also need help with video productions of the presentations, School Club Roundup, and special events that we perform.

There are no dues and very few qualifications to help.
