A special Event Station, K1M, will go on the air on 20 September 2018 and run till 28 September 2018. This special Event station is in remembrance of the hams of Puerto Rico who stepped up and cleared the way for the Force of 50 to help during hurricane Maria and afterwards. QSL will be handled via mail, lotw (via KI1U) and our station logs. From 29 September to 31 December 2018, K1M will be the special event station commemorating the deployment of the Force of 50 and the continuing recovery efforts in Puerto Rico.
