    Joseph L Farrell, K1JCF SK

Joseph L. Farrell, 82, of Wallingford, formerly of Hamden, loving husband of the late Eleanor (Nesbeth) Farrell, passed away on October 22, 2025. He was born in New Haven, CT on November 24, 1942, a son of the late Joseph and Barbara (Bednarczyk) Farrell. He is survived by his daughters, Jennifer Farrell and Heather Barresi and her husband Peter, and four grandchildren. Joseph was a proud U.S. Veteran, having served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War as a Radar Specialist in Newfoundland. He appreciated all things aviation, especially classic WWII fighter planes. As an avid reader, he could never turn down a good spy novel. He also loved tinkering with his HAM radio, a hobby that brought him hours of joy, and going target shooting with his collection of antique rifles.
