James Carlton Moore, WU3V of Damascus, AR passed away on January 15, 2021 after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer’s disease. James received an Engineering degree from the University of Arkansas. He obtained his Master’s degree from the University of Texas and his PhD from Oxford University. He worked at various television stations across the USA and abroad. Thru the years he assisted a number of radio amateurs with equipment repairs until 2011, when health issues curtailed that work.
