    ive sigend in to qrz but it says call sign not registered trying to start a log book off

    You need to first get your call into our database. Follow the link AJ4GQ provided, then read the ENGLISH version of the "Data Helper Forum FAQs." Then post a request with the required information listed in the FAQ. This will put you into the callsign QRZ database.
