Was it "59" ?
I said "some people". Obviously there are those that will hide behind a keyboard or microphone. However, I've seen some physically small statured people that would stand up and speak their mind in person or on the phone. They're the same ones that were school-yard bullies.
A difference without a distinction.
You seem to tend toward declarative statements regarding your opinion. Regardless of how you rationalize it or what contest it is, the so-called exchange is repetitive.
Video games can improve video game skill but to what end.
Assume contests do as you say, but to what end? What percentage of these "improved" contesters do something the world is better off for?
My code speed is pathetic, I stretch to reach 20 WPM except when I listen to contests, since I know what's coming I can copy 30 WPM.
I never operated in any contest nor have I seen how fast I can count sand particles on a beach.
Bogarting- To use or ingest (something, especially a marijuana cigarette) without sharing with others.
As far as the transmitter I thought you knew the DX-40 and could recognize the wrong coil. You can't recognize this common vintage transmitter? I thought you were very more adept than I, my error.
However your guess is interesting as the original coil has many taps, this one has none. So even with your limited knowledge you may have hit the nail on the head.
And the 50 other contests do require a "signal report."
You knew this was coming, right...?
Moderators: What purpose does it serve to perpetuate this thread? This amounts to a personal attack.
Enough is enough.
