    It changed, FCC put hams in their place and stripped them from Service and downgraded to hobby.

    I am happy it was reduced. I am unhappy the feds came up with this in the first place considering what LITTLE they do of their job.

    No one said anything about high taxes or getting screwed. All i said is paying taxes.
    Everyone's a socialist and like the idea of free until it's their turn to pay the tab...

    FCC= FOREVER COLLECTING CASH !!! For this new fee the Fed's should clean up the bands !!! like 70cm & 2mtr repeaters ! & 40 & 80 while there at it then I will PAY to PLAY ! 73 Phil..
