    What is Codan ?
OK it is automatic tuning antenna made to be used
with the same manufacturer's radio ( a Codan radio) .
Probably has data input codes only available from that brand of radio

The Codan 9350 and iCom use different tuning protocols...so they're not directly compatible. You'll need both a cable and something to convert the communications. I found this on eBay:

It's the only "plug and play" solution I found. If you google for Codan 9350 iCom interface; you'll find some code repositories for Arduino projects that make this possible. I wouldn't worry about the fact they don't list an IC-7300 specifically; the main thing is that they're converting from Codan's protocol to the AH-4 protocol, which just about every iCom tuner uses. For example: https://github.com/darksidelemm/IC-9350 says it's for the IC-7000 and IC-706; but it's actually just an AH-4 adapter that works on any rig compatible with AH-4.

I would avoid the capacitor hacks they list for rigs like the 706; this has been known to cause some issues in other ways.
