Both operators logged over 6,000 QSOs in a full 36-hour effort, with the final result decided by a combination of QSO volume, multiplier strategy, and band-by-band execution. Behind the numbers, however, were a series of real-world challenges and decisions that influenced the outcome—including antenna issues, amplifier failures, propagation differences between locations, and the strategic use of limited operating time.
