    Whatever one is made by the HT's manufacturer for that HT. Best way to ensure you have one that works well with the HT in question.

    I purchased the Aimtobest lithium ion battery and charger from Amazon and it last all day now.

    A MH-10 Motorola ht low band, a pair of MT500 Motorola's low band for 10 meter and 6 meters A Moto saber vhf, 2 x Ge PE low band HT's for 6 and 10 meters, 4 x GE-MPA FPP HT's for 146, 220, 440 and 900 MHZ all FPP then several Moto XTS5000 FPP's in VHF and UHF and finally three Motorola HT1250's for 220, 146 and 440 and never an issue with the stock antennas on any of these HT's.
