    I cannot find it anywhere in the FCC posting what the offsets are for for business radio frequencies like 158.4000 and 464.55000 Mhz if anybody can be of help will be much appreciated.

    YSH:

    For the 450 MHz to 470 MHz band, the repeater offset is 5.000 MHz with the input on the high side. For the 470 MHz to 512 MHz, the repeater offset is 3.000 MHz with the input on the high side.

    The 464 MHz output frequency will have an input frequency exactly 5.000 MHz above on 469 MHz.

    For high band, 150.800 MHz to 174.000 MHz, there is no standard offset. When a repeater is desired, 2-frequencies, with a sufficient frequency difference, have to be found and then the repeater configured to use those frequencies.
