    I've been in IT a long time and would have been fired for having a public facing website down for days. Really surprised they didn't have a roll back plan to keep it up and running if they truly are migrating to a new server.

    There's an excuse for every occasion. (Sometimes more than one...) Sometimes it takes a while for the REAL reason to come out.

    It's back up now but the software/firmware download links now all go to the .jp site. Most everything is available there although i've found at least one omission- the CS-5100 cloning software is nowhere to be found on that site.

    I was looking for the Icom ST-4001w software and had some difficulty - it was contained in the Zip file associated with an older firmware update.

    The ICOM America is back up now and running. The have clearly have taking care of what they needed to do to correct the issue.
