The loop goes to the RSP. The RSP goes to the PTRX-7300 input. TX uses whatever antenna is on the 7300 antenna port. The RX audio is available on the computer running the RSP, as well as CAT control of the RSP tracking the 7300.

Basically, you connect SDRPay to an antenna through T/R limiting switch and use PC to view the spectrum/waterfall when in receive. Any free SDR software will work. Is that what you are trying to achieve? If so, it is done many times over. I have all the pieces but never got around actually testing it...when I want a nice waterfall on my PC, I just use Flex which has extra antenna ports.
