Here we have an IC-718 in very good cosmetic condition with a bad RF output board. The ICOM service center in Michigan told me the RF board was not repairable. This was because ICOM had changed the design in newer IC-718 radios to use MOSFETs and this radio uses the older obsolete bipolar driver transistors which are no longer available. Therefore, since the receiver section functions flawlessly this is basically an ICOM R-75, a 30 KHz thru 30 MHz HF receiver with 1 Hz resolution. The various photos show the radio receiving on WWV and other frequencies. Radio and power cord only. No Microphone. Shipped for $275. call or text to 330-206-4909.
