Did you turn off two factor authentication? That's how I had the problem you mention.

I did, I didnt realize that turns off the verification. I thought that sending the ID in turned on the verification. Thank you.
Me too! So I turned off two factor authentication and poof! You may have to ask the staff to re-enable the verified status after turning TFA back on, I found that simply turning it back on did not automatically restore verified status.
Yes, I think that you are correct, the way I see it, they are asking for ID again............... Ug
I didn't turn mine off but when I tried to log on this afternoon it wanted me to redo my TFA. I hope we don't have to do this every 30 days. If so I will not renew my subscription.
