    3.5 x 5.5 inches, 90 x 140mm. You certainly can use both sides.

    Morning Ken,

    The standard buro QSL is 140x90mm. Apologies for the metric dimensions. You can print one sided or both. It's up to you and the print service you choose.

    Check with the printer you use about bleed and print areas. You typically design a card larger than it's final size.

    Lots of printers have this information on their websites. Some even have templates to help you design. And all are happy to help/guide you through the process if your stuck.
