    I recommend using a transparent ARRL logo so there is no white area and moving it to the left. I assume you will be using a silver or white ink pen for the fill-in-the-blanks area.

    Also, bring your callsign down some so it doesn't block the location text. I would also use a light color on the callsign and name to give it more contrast and readability.

    A good start, just some tuning is needed. As is ever thus with this hobby. :)
