Here is a new one I designed. Not sure if I'm going to use it.
Just got mine from KB3IFH.
From the early years:
I can add to that thought
Kind of fits me, as this was the first FD I was a paid member of
This reminds me of my QSLs when I was a kid. I'd buy P.O. postcards, at the time they cost 4 cents each. I had a cutout stencil with the letters and numbers, and would ink in my callsign (WN4CIE) across the top, and fill in the details underneath by hand. It is nice to see that some things are still the same, that they persist, maybe for all time (whatever that may mean). I would love to work W9JEF and get one of these. Imagine, a unique treasure...
Thanks, Marvin. My time goes back to penny postal cards. I checked out your professional QSL designs. One of those would certainly complement my collection.
Can you get on 160, 80, 40, or 30 (preferably CW, owing to my severe hearing disability)? Those would be the best bands, depending on time of day. Speaking of which, your map still shows your old QTH, there in the ground wave contour of WWV.
Here are mine and my boys... well before I retired KD2IFF - I need to make a new one!
