    Yeah - it takes a few minutes to pick a style and order the cards, they come back nice and neat and you can get super nice full color cards for about $100 per thousand. You really can't beat it.

    Got mine from Staples. You can design your own at home (I used Paint Shop Pro), upload it, pay with a credit card, and then go and pick them up from your local Staples the same day. Paid about $50 for 200 cards - a bit pricier than other ways of doing it, but you get what you pay for.

    Mine are standard sized post cards, but you can get them in standard QSL card size as well, I think. I just didn't want to bother with envelopes, and didn't want to take any chances with the post office.
