A Special event station with the call N4HLH will operate on 20m and 40m Feb. 17,2020. Possible some digital as well. Exact freq. will depend on conditions so you may have to hunt a bit but will try to spot when a reasonable freq. to operate is found. Event commemorates attack of the first successful torpedo attack by a submarine. Hunley launched from Sullivan's Island, S.C. on Feb. 17, 1864 and torpedoed the Union Ship Housatonic which was blockading Charleston, S.C.'s harbor. Sullivan's Isl. also has a U.S. designator of SC004S so a two for one contact is possible along with the certificate for the SES station. KX4MI
