My station copied a station in Puerto Rico off my back lobe (!!!) but I wasn't in the shack. Still kicking myself over that one. Don't think I'll ever get that chance again. On the other hand, I worked EM37, EM38, EM39, and EM28 (all 800+ miles from here) yesterday on 2m FT8 within a period of about 15 minutes. Most of the stations were positively booming. I also managed to work N1BUG in FN55 (also 800+ miles) this morning and his signals were so loud I would have thought he was a local op. Keep in mind that I'm only running 100W into an indoor attic-mounted antenna (see my QRZ page for pics) and I live in a fairly (RF) noisy subdivision. Truly amazing 2m propagation over the last 24 hours or so.
