    CW, Best for Me
Over the air CW is more efficient than voice modes because it occupies less spectrum space and a narrow band receiver can recover it out of noise better. Computer digital modes are advertized as even more efficient but I never have wanted to dedicate a computer to the radio desk. My typing skills are not fast enough to use computer CW or Digital modes yet, and at my age they are not going to get any better but I can handle a Bug or paddle, on CW, at a pretty good clip :D.

I still don't know how languages that do not have a Latin alphabet can do Morse, I do know that Cyrilic (Russian) CW ops have a few different, additional characters in Morse, but Arabic or Chinese ETC... .... how do they do it ?????

Someday when I can send/copy at that speed I'm going to ask some texting millennials how they have time for that. This is a QRS "QSO":

Not in the CW "business" and could care less about how efficient it is however after 57 years on the air still my favorite's a hobby !!!

Not a relevant comparison. SMS messages from my wife and son will be waiting for me when I get out of a meeting. Morse Code requires me to be there to hear it live.
