How do you insert recent QSO log extract in to Bio Page?

I'd like to add an extract of my QRZ log at the bottom of my Bio page, but I can't seem to find the relevant link on how to do this. Obviously you just need to add either an iFrame or link to your log book, but I can't see any obvious info on how to do it.

Any help appreciated?
