I just worked from a gridline for the first time. I have the location pinned, but how do I get both grids to show up in the sender info tab? Thanks!

Each one is a separate contact. Enter them separately.

Your grid is located on the Sender's Info tab and your worked party's is on the Receiver Info tab.

Thanks, but I saw that. As the sender on a gridline, I'm operating from 2 grids at the same time. I need to enter a second grid on the sender tab.

According to the award rules only a single grid square is allowed: https://s3.amazonaws.com/files.qrz.com/static/qrz/operating-award-rules-v1.pdf
Repeaters and other links are not accommodated. Hence, it is not possible to "operate from 2 grids at the same time".

It's just like the Int'l Grid Chase rules... https://igc.arrl.org/help.php

As with other similar award's criteria, if a station is located on the intersection of 2, 3 or 4 grid squares, the over-the-air exchange need only include just one grid square (confirmation for the adjoining grid squares will be made by the station operating from the intersecting grids through the station location in TQSL https://lotw.arrl.org/lotw-help_devel_en/stnloc/?lang=en).
