I use the Window32 logging program and have done for over 40 years, but have never been asked this before, from the software. When asked if I want to log the contact that has been entered into the Windows32 program, to QRZ, it asks for my QRZ API Key? So where do I find my API key? Regards, Jim ZL2BMH
Thanks for this post, but API Key is free or need a paid subscription to upload my QSO from Log4OM (or other software) to QRZ?
Downloads to the QRZ logbook do not need a paid subscription. If you want to then upload your QRZ log to LOTW, as an example, you will need a paid subscription.
Thanks, but can you confirm that is not possible to upload my QSO from my PC (software log station) to QRZ without paid subscription? correct?
No, Uploads to QRZ do not need a subscription. Downloads from QRZ, to LOTW for example, do need a subscription.
Thanks for reply, but how can you upload automatically from your log station software (Log4OM in my case) without a paid subscription? in my case doesn't work even if I setted up correctly all parameters in my software log station.
I was incorrect. The automatic functionality does require a paid subscription. If you have Log4OM make an ADIF that can then be uploaded without a subscription. Sorry for the confusion.
