I got on and have made 3 contacts so far. That's 165 days in a row with at least one contact. I am working on getting faster and that's the best way I have found.

I'll be on Long Island CW Club zoom classes this weekend. Even though my current level is beyond beginner, I am starting over with a B1 course and onto B2. When I find where I am lacking I can improve versus jumping in a random course and building on a cracked foundation.

I do the same thing every night I'm on; try to get at least one DX contact and one rag chew.

Right now I only have a 40m antenna, so I'm not on much during the day; you guys on the East and West Coasts, and in Europe, would be surprised how dead 40m is during the day out here on the periphery of the American West. So, that means morning and evening operations, and what little business I still do I tend to do in the morning.

I'll watch this thread with interest. I won't report back daily, but if something extraordinary happens, I'll note it here.
