First let me apologise for the very late reply (i dont check QRZ forums that often).
On decoding r00t (which aint me ) did a huge amount of work, mainly in reverse engineering the signal, decoding options (Reed Solomon FEC etc.) and CCSDS frames.
Aang254 then took this info and made an opensource decoder for it, its still available altho its useless now with encryption.
