With some help from Fred I am now verified, whatever that means. The secret is to enter your 6-digit
confirmation code VERY QUICKLY! There is a very short acceptance window. (WHY?).
I hope this test message shows my new status.

I’m glad to finally know that it’s you on these forums and not the dog in the avatar.

it;s time sensitive, part of being secure. the 6 digits are not random, nor are they entirely predictable, and if you dont move fast enough thre is anothr 6 digit code rolling up. so no bad nguys can reuse your old 6 digit code.

Every OM over 50 should be verified once a year. It's a two step verification.
