    I needed one in order to insert a 50 MHz open quarter-wave stub in my son the DX-er's FM antenna lead, to reduce the BCI my 6 meter transmissions. They wanted $7.95 + shipping for the one I found on Google. Instead, I made my own, from cheap panel-mount females, using a folded aluminum sardine can top (after first using fine sandpaper to remove the gold coating).

    Great idea. I actually needed one the other day for some tests I was performing. Instead, I adapted to BNC and used a BNC Tee.
    I have lots of panel mount F connectors and even have a few small aluminum enclosures laying around. Thanks for the tip.
