    I was given a wreck of an SB220. I've found most of the necessary parts. Looking for the internal, top, RF/HV shield.

    This will probably turn into a long and boring rebuild :)

    I forgot to mention, Lou @W1QJ (d/b/a "King Conversions" (link) may have and sell what you need. :)

    BTW, if the holes for the #6 sheetmetal screws are beyond usable, you should be able to drill them oversize, push PEM nuts in, and use #6-32 machine screws. I used a pair of Vise-Grip pliers to do the pressing:

    McMaster-Carr has the PEMs but, one of the industrial hardware suppliers near you in south Seattle may also have 'em. I used a pair of flat washers to prevent marring the panel. :)
