I have attached a screen shot displaying equal distance bars on my display. Does anyone know what these are? When I go to the frequencies there is noise and static....harmonics?....something on in the house causing this?

I've seen those before here (cant remember what I did), and yes it might be from some electronics like a PC or TV or switching supply. How far is the antenna from the house. I have mine on the roof about 20' away. Also is the USB cable shielded. If you can figure out the spacing of the harmonics that might give a clue as to what it is. My guess is that its either a switching supply or a tv.

Hard to tell from your picture.

But it looks to me that your SDR is not calibrated and the gain looks way cranked up.

Could be the computer it is connected to.

What SDR are you using ?

    Have fun.

Usually a symptom of intermodulation mixing. Turn down the RF gain, and they should disappear.
