For the past week or so I've noticed a strong "signal" that sounds like hash noise, currently taking up from about 18.120 to 18.135. Previously it was down close to the digital subband around 18.100 or so. It's strongest here from Tampa Bay FL on a bearing of about 295 deg, which goes over mid Texas, New Mexico out to the LA area.

Anyone else hearing this and what bearing is it loudest from your QTH??

Sorry if this has been discussed. Quick search didn't pull up anything.
