Custom home over looking Fine Gold Creek, nestled on 40 acres, and located only a few miles North of Millerton Lake. Enjoy the privacy of the Sierra Nevada foothills, and the self sufficiency of owned solar, 2 private wells, 3 wood fireplaces, and room to run cattle or horses. There's a 30x40 barn with tack room on the property, which is currently being used as a workshop. At almost 5,000 sq.ft. the house offers multi-gen living options with 4 bedrooms and 2 additional rooms and a bath which are isolated. The great room features open beam cathedral ceilings and a fully functioning wet bar with sliding window to the back patio and pool area. There is an eat-in dining area and breakfast bar in addition to a formal dining room with built in buffet. The kitchen has been updated with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and it has a large walk through pantry. The owner's suite is spacious with a walk in closet, double vanities, and shower. Bonus! HAM Radio/Antenna enthusiast dream!

*Northeast view of the beautiful snow covered Sierra Nevadas. (For hams, this direction is a short path to Europe.)
*Looking South across the lower parking area with another US tower. HDx589 90’, motorized tower, with an 80 M3C (coil loaded 80 meter rotatable yagi)
*Four US towers -HD x 589, motorized crane down plus full tilt over. *note 3 large 1 5/8 coax cable runs to the top of first section.
*Two Triex/Tashian LM-470 motorized cranking, tilt over towers. On top are full AZ-EL rotators and a 4 X 2M XP 22 EMA Yagi array.
*It looks like a barn but has been converted to a machine shop, weld shop, and electronic shop, including a second ham shack on the right. A large radio controlled roll up door opens to a large indoor work area. There are lean-to covers on each side of the barn to proved cover for Kabota tractor, mowers and saws with shaded work space. On each side of the lean-tos are two motorized 42’ test towers. The towers retract to 12 ft for easy installation of antenna from the flat lean-to roof. In the back of the barn is the 4th US tower HDX-589. Crank up is currently loaded with VHF/ microwave antennas allowing communications to Oregon, Nevada and all of California.
*Towers (HDX 5-89 ) & LM-470 on the ridge South of the driveway. The short tower contains a 5 element 20 meter plus, an interlaced 40 meter, 3 element Cycle Buster from M2. The other tower currently holds an 80 meter rotable dipole @ 90'.
