    The ARRL Reports...

The ARRL has contacted QRZ and informed us that
we are not permitted to redistribute news articles that are
published on their main website. We have been reminded that
it is permissible to redistribute only from the text of
ARRL Bulletins and the ARRL Letter. Unfortunately,
this particular article did not come from one of those sources
and so we had to remove it from our site.

We regret not having properly understood their news
redistribution policy and will make sure that future
articles on our site that originate from the ARRL
    come from their approved channels.

Those who are interested in seeing this article in its
entirety, or in becoming ARRL members should visit
    http://www.arrl.org

The article spoke about recent FCC
enforcement reports and how some technicians who have no
HF privileges may be using part of the 11 meter band for
    unauthorized operations.
