Youngsters on the Air (YOTA) is an IARU Region 1 initiative, and they went to observe and bring back ideas to start a similar event in the USA!

Excellent we need more youngsters on air. the last two years we participated in the YOTA event. we were the only Region 2 station on with the call J62YOTA.
The event article was in the qst of august. it also was in our local newspapers here.

Yes we have to have more join the event and make it become YOTA Word Wide across all three regions!

I am looking forward to running with some youngsters this year again!
