Is there a way that a Ham Member can lookup a non-ham SWL member by call?

No. QRZ doesn't directly support SWL users. They can have a username but are not a part of the database like ham users are. They also don't get a bio page, logbook, or access to forums that are for ham users only. QRZ is a ham radio site - not an SWL site like some others are.

I do log my SWR contacts in my log book, but only for DX. Since I don't have my General yet, receiving is all I'm able to log. I don't fool with 2-meter contacts as most are local within 50-75 miles.

That's fine - you have a ham call sign. You can enter anything you want into your log book. Of course, you can't earn any awards for SWL logging - QRZ has no provision for SWL awards.

The OP is asking about SWL-only users with "made up" call signs like SWL8637UK etc. They cannot have a log book on QRZ.

I understood that. I'm just saying that amateur license holders can log nearly anything. As long as you're licensed.

I have the same issue. I am a General. But still not started using my rig yet. I am doing RTL-SDR FT8 protocols. Able to receive 46 countries so far. I am just entering them in my QRZ LOG BOOK. Of course I get "0" confirmations. Thats good. I like to see what countries I could receive and later when I crank up my 100 watt rig I know where and whom to aim.
