Dear Hams, Recently 'Ham Radio for GenX' full day Workshop with Demo was conducted at Government Engineering College - Rajkot (Gujarat - INDIA) on 1st October 2016. 100 enthusiastic EC Students and faculties deeply learnt various aspects of Ham Radio scientific hobby. Digital communication, APRS, Satellite Communication, SSTV, Contesting, RDF, IOTA etc activities were explained in general. As always Live demo of SSTV and VHF Demo (Modulation test) was very much enjoyed by the students and faculties. Demo assistance was provided by YL Sakshi Vagadia VU3EXP. Q/A Session satisfied number of student queries. I am thankful to Dr. C H Vithalani Sir, Prof. Jay Pandya and Prof. Rahul Mehta to nicely coordinate the event.
