Are the mounting holes for a Yaesu 800 series rotor compatible with the holes for a Ham IV rotor ? Or does the mounting plate have to be redialed for the Yaesu Rotor ?

    Thanks,

Nope, that won't work without new holes.

The HAM-IV mounting holes are spaced 77mm apart and are .265" diameter. The G-800 mounting holes are spaced 84mm apart and are .354" diameter.

There are some rotator plates that are punched or drilled for both, but you didn't say what tower or plate you have.
